Consumers please note that Nhea Pvt Ltd, reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to certain reasons. These reasons may include lack of inventory available for purchase, inaccuracies or defects in products, payment issues, fraud activities detected, inaccurate shipping details, etc.

Consumers can cancel an order in case of defects in products, expiration of packaging dates, delivery of wrong products, missing products, etc.

If a consumer cancels an order before it has shipped, we will refund the entire amount. In case consumers want to cancel an order after it has shipped, they may contact customer care and inform about the cancellation asap. Consumers may need to pay restocking fees accordingly. In case the product has already been shipped to the given address, the products will be eligible for replacement or refund only in case of defects or other inaccuracies listed above.

For payments done through credit/ debit cards or net banking, UPI, etc refund will be made to the same account of consumers from which the purchase was made. Refunds will be processed within a week after we receive the returned products.

For payments done through cash on delivery, refunds will be made against the billing details provided by the consumers on bank account details provided by them sent by email after we receive the products back.

How to return items:

  • Contact customer care via email or social media handles within a week of receiving the order.
  • Produce order invoice, reason for return/ cancellation, pick up address details, etc to process the request.
  • We will pick up the order only if the product is found to be in an acceptable state with all the labels, seals, barcode, etc intact.

Rules for requesting refund/ cancellation:

  • Products will not be eligible for cancellation/ return if consumers have used them.
  • No refund will be processed if no defects are found in the products.
  • Products will not be eligible for cancellation/ return if the seal is broken or if products are damaged.
  • Consumers need to inform customer care and request for return/replacement within 24 hours after receiving the product along with a visual proof (image) of damaged products.
  • Refunds will be processed only after we receive the product in its original state.
  • Products will be eligible for return/ cancellation only after reviewed by quality assurance experts.
  • In case consumers want to request a refund/ replacement, they need to preserve the original invoice and order ID.
  • Shipping process will begin 24 hours after the order has been punched in.
  • Orders will be delivered within 7- 10 days after dispatch.
  • Standard shipping charges may be applied for most addresses.
  • Orders will not be shipped in case consumers fail to provide a proper and accurate shipping address.
  • The order will be screened and packaged for delivery, and will be handed to our delivery partners.
  • Shipping details and consumer information will be provided to our delivery partners for hasslefree and in time delivery.
  • Orders will be automatically cancelled and returned to the warehouse if consumers provide wrong shipping details. Extra delivery charges may apply in this case after consumers contact us to provide the correct address details.
  • In case a consumer has opted for cash on delivery, he/she will receive the order only after full payment is made,
  • In case our delivery agents are unable to reach the given address at a suitable time, they will contact you and resolve the issue.
  • If consumers wish to change the shipping address, they will have to do it before the products are out for delivery, i.e within 24 hours after the order is placed.
  • Consumers need to check availability of delivery location before placing an order, as we may not be able to deliver at certain locations.
  • Consumers will receive an email containing delivery tracking number and details about our delivery partner firm, once the order is shipped.


These terms and conditions apply to the User who uses the Online Services provided for any payment made to Nhea PVT LTD.

By authorizing a payment to Nhea PVT LTD through the online payment service , it would be treated as a deemed acceptance to these terms and conditions.


Nhea PVT LTD reserves all the rights to amend these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice. It is the responsibility of the User to have read the terms and conditions before using the Service. Key terms: The following is a summary of the key terms of this service:


 • Payment(s) through this Service may only be made with a Credit Card, Debit card   Net Banking or UPI.


• Before using this Service, it is recommended that the user shall make necessary enquiry about the charges or fees payable against the Credit/Debit card used from Credit Card or the Debit Card service provider i.e. the respective Bank.


• The credit card information supplied at the time of using the service is processed by the payment gateway of the service provider and is not supplied to Nhea PVT LTD.


 It is the sole responsibility of the User of the service to ensure that the information entered in the relevant fields are correct. It is recommended that you take and retain a copy of the transaction for record keeping purposes, which might assist in resolution of any disputes that may arise out or usage of the service


 • The customer agrees, understands and confirms that his/ her personal data including without limitation details relating to debit card/ credit card/net banking transmitted over the Internet may be susceptible to misuse, hacking, theft and/ or fraud and that Nhea PVT LTD or the Payment Service Provider(Razorpay) have no control over such matters.


 • The service is provided using a payment gateway service provider called Razorpay through a secure website. However, neither Razorpay nor Nhea PVT LTD gives any assurance, that the information so provided online by a user is secured or may be read or intercepted by a third party. Nhea PVT LTD does not accept or assume any liability in the event of such unauthorized interception, hacking or other unauthorized access to information provided by a user of the service. • Nhea PVT LTD and/or the Payment Service Providers shall not be liable for any inaccuracy, error or delay in, or omission of (a) any data, information or message, or (b) the transmission or delivery of any such data, information or message; or (c) any loss or damage arising from or occasioned by any such inaccuracy, error, delay or omission, non-performance or interruption in any such data, information or message. Under no circumstances shall the Nhea PVT LTD and/or the Payment Service Providers, its employees, directors, and its third party agents involved in processing, delivering or managing the Services, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, including punitive or exemplary arising out of or in any way connected with the provision of or any inadequacy or deficiency in the provision of the Services or resulting from unauthorized access or alteration of transmissions of data or arising from suspension or termination of the Service.


 • The customer agrees that Nhea PVT LTD or any of its employees will not be held liable By the Applicant for any loss or damages arising from your use of, or reliance upon the information contained on the Website, or any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions where such failure is due to circumstance beyond Nhea PVT LTD’ s reasonable control.
